These four groups are the main professional hypnosis groups inside the U.S. and abroad. They can help you locate a therapist referral in a specific geographical area, provide information about trainings and workshops if you are a therapist or health professional, and answer general questions about hypnosis. The Erickson Foundation is devoted to the study of Ericksonian hypnosis and psychotherapy; the other three groups are more oriented to clinical applications of formal hypnosis and scientific research efforts. ASCH is the best source of information about training in Ego-State Therapy and about therapists who use this approach.
